Getting in

I have forgotten my password. Ask for a reset link and it will be sent to the address on the account. The link lasts an hour.

I am signed in somewhere I should not be. Your account screen lists every signed-in session and can end any of them, or all of them at once.

Watching

Play says "coming soon". The programme is in the catalogue but its video has not finished processing yet. It will play as soon as it has, and nothing needs doing at your end.

It did not remember where I got to. Progress is kept per profile — check you are on the same profile you were watching on. Progress is saved every few seconds and when you leave the page.

Something is missing from a profile. A kids profile, or any profile with an age limit set, is only shown what fits under that limit. The limit is on the profile, not the account.

Your account

Profiles, your password, your sessions and closing the account are all on the account screen. My List belongs to the profile that made it.

Putting your work on That's My Show

Filmmakers, comedians and musicians can apply here. A person decides on every application — the form does not grant access by itself. Once approved you get a Studio where you upload, write the metadata and see how your work is doing.
