Terms of Service
These are the terms you agree to when you create an account. They are written plainly and they describe what the service actually is today, not what it might become.
Last updated 19 August 2026.
1. Who we are
That's My Show is a streaming service for independent film, comedy, music and live events. "We" and "us" mean the people running it; "you" means whoever is using it.
2. Your account
You need an account to watch. Keep your password to yourself — anything done from your account is treated as done by you. Tell us straight away if you think somebody else has got in, and change your password from your account screen, which signs out every other session at the same time.
An account may hold several profiles for one household. They are for the people you live with, not for sharing the service around.
3. What it costs
Nothing at the moment. There is no subscription, no card on file and no charge of any kind. If that changes, the price and the terms of it will be put to you before you are asked to pay, and you will never be charged for something you did not agree to.
4. What you may do with the programmes
Watching is for you personally, in your own home. Everything on the service belongs to the people who made it and is licensed to us, not sold. You may not copy it, record it, re-upload it, show it publicly, or get around any of the measures that protect it.
5. If you are a creator
Uploading work is a claim that you hold the rights to it. We rely on that claim, and so does everyone who watches. If a claim turns out to be wrong we will take the work down, and we may close the account that made it. What you upload stays yours — you give us permission to stream it, nothing more.
6. Things we may do
We may change what is in the catalogue: programmes arrive and leave as agreements with rights holders begin and end. We may suspend an account that is being used to break these terms or the law. We may change these terms, and if a change matters we will say so rather than quietly rewrite this page.
7. Things we do not promise
We do not promise the service is never down, that every programme is available forever, or that it works on every device ever made. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the law where you live.
8. Closing your account
You can close it whenever you like from the account screen, and everything personal to you goes with it. A creator account with published work is closed by asking us, because published programmes are covered by an agreement that a button cannot undo.
9. Getting in touch
Questions about any of this go through the help page.
